1. CONSULTATION
Meet with our design team to discuss your overall goals for the project, as well as your budget. During this stage, we will also take a look at your block of land and learn more about your lifestyle.
2. DESIGN
Following your brief, our team will start designing your dream home and providing you with concepts. During this stage, you will be able to make changes and alterations to the plans to ensure your satisfaction.
3. APPROVALS
Once the designs have been signed off, we will submit them to your local council for approval. Evenwedge Homes will handle all necessary documentation for permits to ensure it goes smoothly.
4. CONSTRUCTION
Now it’s time for the exciting part – actually building your new home! We will liaise with all trades and will keep you abreast of developments on the site, from excavation to those finishing touches.
5. HANDOVER
When construction is complete, you can perform a final inspection of your new home. Once you’re satisfied that everything has been completed according to plan, we hand over the keys and you can move in!

No; we are a custom home builder, which means that every home we build is unique and designed according to your requirements. We work closely with you to ensure that the floorplan and overall design meet your needs perfectly.
This will depend on a number of factors, including the complexity of your project and how quickly you make decisions. Generally speaking, the concept stage will take 3 to 6 weeks, design documentation will take 2 to 4 months, and construction will take 7 to 12 months.
Yes; we invite you to visit the site at key stages during construction. This will give you the opportunity to review the work prior to moving onto the next stage, as well as to collaborate with us on the details.
We provide a 3 month warranty on all homes that we build, during which time our team can return to your home to rectify any defects that become apparent once you have moved in. The structural elements of your home are covered under warranty for as long as you own your home.
